ClaimRevive does not store, retain, or save any patient data, clinical notes, or claim information. All data is processed in real time and discarded immediately after your appeal letter is generated.

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how ClaimRevive ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our denial appeal letter generation tool at claimrevive.netlify.app (the "Service").

Information You Provide

When you use ClaimRevive, you enter claim details such as denial codes, patient demographics, clinical notes, payer information, and provider details into the tool. This information is used solely to generate your appeal letter in real time.

How We Process Your Data

Your data is sent directly to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. The API generates the denial analysis and appeal letter, which is returned to your browser. We do not store, log, or retain any of the data you enter. No patient information is saved on our servers, in databases, or in any persistent storage.

Anthropic's API processes requests in transit and does not use customer inputs to train its models. For more information, see Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI). We do not collect names, email addresses, or account information (no account creation is required). We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic, such as page views and visit duration. Google Analytics does not have access to any claim data, patient information, or appeal letter content you enter into the tool. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our service is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. API calls to Anthropic are encrypted in transit. Since we do not store any data, there is no data at rest to protect.

HIPAA

ClaimRevive currently processes all data in transit without storing PHI. As we grow, we are committed to implementing additional safeguards including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and HIPAA-eligible infrastructure as needed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
