You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated appeal letters before sending them to any insurance payer. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, when handling patient information. You acknowledge that ClaimRevive generates appeal letters as a drafting aid and that the final content must be reviewed by a qualified billing professional or healthcare provider before submission.
ClaimRevive does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or billing consultation. The appeal letters generated by the Service are AI-drafted documents intended as a starting point. ClaimRevive makes no guarantee that any appeal will be successful or that payers will overturn any denial based on content generated by the Service.
While ClaimRevive is designed to assist with denial appeal letter generation, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: appeal approval, claim payment, revenue recovery, or payer response.
